We are a licensed Minnesota Healthcare provider that provides great services to the highest degree possible.

In 2021, Vista was established with a clear mission: to be a pillar of support and care for our community. Over the past two years, we’ve been dedicated to providing comprehensive healthcare services and housing stabilization solutions. Our journey began with a desire to make a positive impact, and we’ve since had the privilege of serving over 300 clients in our community. Our commitment to enriching lives, fostering independence, and creating stronger, healthier communities drives us forward each day.
